The third step is to try it out. This means letting your day stay at the creche for a day to see how they react before signing your child up to stay there permanently. Then you should be able to see if your child is going to like it or not.
The fourth step to finding the right creches is to take a tour of the daycare. This means stopping by the daycare without letting them now that you are coming. This way you will be able to see how they interact with the children without them putting on an act. And you can also see how clean the daycare is since they will not have time to clean it up while you are there. Make sure that you address any safety concerns that you may have if your child stayed there.
